We offer consultations by appointment, and we also accept walk-ins. Our experienced wedding consultants are always there to answer questions, as well as guide you through our vast collection and offer advice.

The Model Shop welcomes your friends and family to join in this special process. We encourage you to browse through our collection and choose dresses that catch your interest. It is also helpful to bring pictures or style numbers of dresses that you love so we can better serve you.
If you have found a wedding dress you would like, but would like to wait to place your order, we can put you on a discontinuation list at no cost. When suppliers send notice that they will no longer be making a certain style, they give us approximately a month to let our customers know so that they can place their orders in time. This is a complimentary service that we offer all of our clients.
For special orders from our bridal suppliers, we highly suggest ordering 8-9 months in advance to ensure the best possible service.
We require a 50% non refundable deposit upon placing an order for a bridal gown.
When your gown arrives we require you to inspect the gown for possible issues within two weeks of its arrival so that necessary corrections can be made.
Sizing occurs when placing the order. We measure and follow the supplier’s size charts and recommendations, and we ask that you try on dresses in that size from the same company. If you are between sizes, we always suggest ordering the larger of the two sizes so that a seamstress can later customize your gown for the perfect fit.
We have a recommended seamstress for all of our clients that is appointment based. To book an appointment please contact us for her information.
