What to Expect…

The Model Shop has a large collection of prom dresses, you do not require an appointment. We have trunk show events in the fall season where our suppliers send us samples for customer to view and order from.

Ordering

For special orders from our prom suppliers, we recommend ordering 4-5 months in advance to ensure the best possible service. Many gowns are available in more than one colour, so be sure to ask if you find a style you love that is not in the right colour for you.

When your gown arrives we require you or a person you know to inspect the gown within two weeks of its arrival so that necessary corrections can be made.

Sizing

Sizing occurs when placing the order. We measure and follow the supplier’s size charts and recommendations as well as have our clients try on gowns in that size from the same company. When Clients are between sizes we always suggest ordering the larger of the two sizes so that a seamstress can later customize your gown for the perfect fit.
